In June of 2022 Juliana Silgado and Eduardo Toker launched Che boutique d’empanadas to satisfy a market need: home-made frozen empanadas, easy and fast to cook, generously filled with natural ingredients.
After 4 years running their plateau restaurant they perfected their own recipes offering a fresh gourmet empanada ready-to-eat in 15 minutes, which is gradually becoming a new category of food products.
